What is Detoxification?

Detoxification of the body involves removal of toxins from the body to avoid health problems caused by accumulation of toxins over a period of time. Although the body has a natural healing system to remove toxins, the adoption of natural home remedies for Detoxification helps enhance the natural process.

It promotes the elimination of toxins, nourishes the body, and improves immunity and overall health. The process primarily involves dietary and lifestyle changes.

Detoxification therapy, however, is usually not recommended for infants, nursing mothers and individuals suffering from chronic degenerative diseases like cancer, cerebral diseases, active pulmonary diseases, thyroid disorder, diabetes, anemia etc.

It is recommended to follow natural home remedies for Detoxification at least one or two times in a year, but not for a long duration.   3. Apple cider vinegar can help. Enzymes can help. Tums can help. There are a unebmr of acid reducers that can help, Prilosec,Zantac, etc. Raising your upper body can help. But you might have a medical condition that needs to be evaluated by a doctor if it happens consistently. My father died from throat cancer caused by acid reflux.

  7. acid reflux can sometimes be misdiganoized. i had that said problem for 2years to find out it was caused by lack of acid. antacid are known to be a cause cancer. and peppermint, saurkraut(for probiotics), and alot of other natural remedies are much better then covering up a very serious problem. Im sorry for you lose but maybe this could of be prevent if the problem was treated and not jest covered up.
