What is Water Retention?
Water Retention, as the name itself indicates is a condition in which the body tends to retain excess water in the tissues due to a variety of reasons. I just got out of the hospital,they treated me for infection an in my rt knee,I walked around a while,my leg swollen now from fluid,I got it proped up,it seemed to be helping,the infection is almost gone,hope it continues to shrink.
My legs are so big and heavy that I am too shy to go anywhere! I have started drinking lots of water and changing my diet to include more spinach, cabbage, etc. Hoping this will helpn desperate!
