Well, I had pomegranate juice on an empty stomach in the morning and it made me throw up! I usually have orange juice on an empty stomach every morning. Pomegranate juice did not cure morning sickness for me (I’m not pregnant), but it rather made me feel just like I did when I WAS pregnant! Really horrible feeling. The juice is fine on a not-empty stomach.
